Real world stuff

Turns out I'll be lecturing on a module at Masters level. I haven't taught on a 7 since Buffy and Riley were dating. Who knew academia could be so much fun? I also have to do a PgCHEP in the autumn, no choice in the matter.

Looking at Buffy's most controversial episode

This time round, Whedonesque's social media followers are rating 'Seeing Red' on a scale of 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent).I'd say at the minute it's averaging 8.5 - 9. Maybe a little higher.

2012 - no show for Who?

It wouldn't be the Doctor Who fandom if there wasn't a crisis over the scheduling. Can't wait to see Moffatt try and spin his way out of this one. That Private Eye story really did set something in motion.

However I am giddy for the 50th anniversary series. That is going to be amazing.
