Well no more Heroes.

So much for that pretender to the Buffy throne. Next please.

The first season was excellent, but had one fatal flaw: They made Peter and Sylar too powerful. Everyone else's abilities really didn't have a chance to shine.

So the 2nd season, they tried to limit their powers in different ways, but by then it was too late, and nobody cared.

Sylar, to me, still bad-ass, but... too powerful.

People actually thought it held a candle to Buffy? That's news to me. I always thought Lost inherited Buffy's throne, since it got so many writers (and even a few actors) straight from Angel's cancellation.

During its first season it was seen as a successor to Buffy. Much in the same way that Joan of Arcadia and Veronica Mars was.
