So I post a thread at Whedonesque about a new Firefly anthology yesterday and then Joss Whedon only posts in it to announce that the Serenity release date is delayed to September. Bollocks, I say. So looking forward to seeing the movie. Now we'll all have to wait.

Yeah, it sucks...but then again...someone at Fireflyfans.net had a good point. 5 more months gives us more time to PROMOTE THE HELL OUT OF THE BLOODY THING. To convert more browncoats, do more guerilla marketing, just generally make the BDM the best it can be. I don't like the decision anymore than anyone else, but there can be an upside...
