Right now the official Serenity movie site is "down" for upgrades. The admin said the trailer would go online before it would be in the cinemas and it's supposed to be attached to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy film.
And last week Nielsen were testing the trailer with cinema goers.
So my gut instinct says it will go online today or tomorrow. Tomorrow would be apt considering that was the original release date for the movie.
