It's amazing how many british brand products sound like slang words for a form of VD, like Ciff, and Veet, gotta wonder what they teach them these days in marketing.

I used to work for a company that sold and developed brandnames and checked already existing names for linguistic difficulties. The most famous case where they should have checked before is of course the Pajero, i.e. wanker.
Recently, the big firms have become sloppy again trying to cut costs and thus ending up with stupid names.
You used to be able to buy a popsicle called Prick in Germany as well as a chicken sausage by the name of Cocky.
And then there's Airwick air-freshener which I personally find rather strange.
