According to the book I am reading now, rat is a staple of some Polynesian cultures. And what is a squirrel but a furry-tailed rat?

What would Jamie Oliver (whose done a whole TV series about school dinners) with a grey squirrel? Some risotto and a nice red wine? Or does white go with squirrel?
