Things I have noticed this week

1) My 11 mth old son has chicken pox
2) Scott Allie mentioned Buffy season 10 in a Q&A a few months back
3) My soon to be removed in the next six months gall bladder. Keyhole surgery sounds fun!
4) Me blubbing over one or two scenes in the Lost finale
5) The SG franchise hit a new low with a less than exciting episode which was all about ticks.
6) No one really talks about Doctor Who on my flist anymore. Shame really. Matt Smith is winning me over big style.

3- My sister just had this surgery. It was not that bad, and less than a month later, she back lifting weights at the gym.

6- I would if I had more time. I really like Matt Smith, too.

Okay, here's a quickie: This past week, when the captured green woman claimed to be "the last of her kind," and the Doctor snapped, "I'm the last of my kind; I know how it sits on the heart. Don't insult me!" LOVED that take on the tragedy of the Doctor, and Smith totally sold it. At this point I like him better than I liked Tennant at the comparable point in series 2.

I really loved the Vampires of Venice scene with him and the Lady. He's like a young Bill Nighy.
