I never liked the Oxford comma. It always looked out of place.

And I adopt the British/logical style when it comes to quotation marks. I do not like the American style. And you can quote me on that.

Finally! The Oxford comma was taught to me in secondary school, and I always followed those rules, but have since learned that English speakers never seem to agree. In contrast to Dutch writing, where style guides are almost some kind of law.

I've always known that not using the oxford comma is more proper, but it still looks weird to me without it. But just as I've learned to spell "canceled" with one 'L' I can also learn this.
