Didja ever notice that "moist" is one of those words that's only a good thing in a very limited number of contexts? A nice moist cake is wonderful, but you won't get any takers for a moist salad.
I haven't seen the video you mention, but I can't think of a single situation in which a moist chest would be a good thing. I think I'll steer clear. Thanks for the warning.
