And I'd like to know what the little question mark on some of the envelope icons mean.

It's not just for people who aren't in my address book, it's not just for messages that were sent to multiple parties, it doesn't appear to have anything to do with the urgency of the message (since none of my messages ever are). I'm at a loss.
