A BBC correspondent comments on the recent Democratic convention and tries to predict who would be in Kerry's cabinet.

Anyone here interested in US politics think he's right or wrong? And do you have your own predictions who Kerry would pick if elected.

Joe Biden is cool. He's very eloquent. I went to his alma mater and he always showed up at school events & football games, so I guess I'm kind of biased. Love his personality, although he apparently might have some corruption issues from the past to deal with.

I liked Wes Clark a lot, I wish there was less animosity within the government toward him.

Barack Obama rocks. He's got some Clinton political mojo going on.

I don't think he would ask anyone from the Senate to be on his cabinent (ie John McCain) as he needs all the allies he can get in the Senate and stripping it of some of it's best members (both Rep and Dem) isn't the brightest idea.

I'd like to see Al Sharpton involved, maybe not as a cabinent member, but he's been very helpful to the Kerry campaign in recent weeks.
