But if you actually want to challenge yourself, go and buy "WE3" by Grant Morrison. Tis one of the best books in the last 10 years. It's thats bloody good. And far better than that Dan Brown crap that's clogging the book shelves. It's like the Incredible Journey meets The Terminator and will make you cry. Yes cry. Which has never happened to me before when I read a comic book.

Also recommended is "Ministry of Space" by Warren Ellis. Dan Dare gone wrong. Horribly wrong. Oh go and read "The Ultimates", probably the most subversive main stream comic book out there.

I'm buggered. The comic book section of the two English bookstores in Brussels, is one shelve each. Maybe two shelves. *sigh*

And Dan brown doesn't simply sit on the bookshelves. There are heaps of his books on the floor as well.

it's hard to find good comics and I'm not one to peruse the bad ones to get to the good ones.

But Amazon says WE3 isn't available yet. I'll consider buying all these on your recommendation cause your faiiiirly trustworthy on that sort of thing ;)

any thoughts on Identity Crisis?

Amazon is not good for buying comics, you're better off using an online comic book retailer. Identity Crisis was awfully cynical and left me feeling "huh" at the end. But I'm enjoying the events that happened after it ended and looking foward to seeing what Infinite Crisis will come up with.
