I'm tired and it's raining but this is a good step. But how will the Unionists respond and more importantly will the Loyalist terrorists follow? There's still a long way to go.

Very reliable, the various intelligence agencies had moles in all the terrorist groups. And when Libya stopped giving the IRA arms, they gave the British government a detailed list of what they had given the IRA.
