Dear Ms Graffy,

Whilst you are the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and no doubt a higly competent official, describing the suicide of three detainees at Guantanamo Bay as "a good PR move to draw attention" is somewhat nauseating.

I thought diplomacy meant that you were careful with your words... It's beyond cynical.
