I really don't watch enough South African TV

FX UK's latest scifi import "Charlie Jade" was enjoyable watching. Despite the first episode being filled with people who consider acting to be their second job , it was fun viewing and parallel universes are always entertaining. It may become must see tv for me.

My BIL just emailed me about this show and a first ep. Does it look as though it's going to grow in interesting directions. Mediocre acting doesn't make it sound promising.

Because the entertainment of parallel universes I'm currently watching "Primeval". Not the best, but fun to watch.

Have you ever read "His Dark Materials"? Very good parallel universes.

His Dark Materials are some of the finest books in the last few years. I can't wait till the movie comes out, it has an excellent cast.
