God that was a dull episode of Torchwood. And those were bad special effects. Really bad. Also found out that I'm losing my job at the end of July. Thanks to European socialism they have to put me on a redeployment list and if that have doesn't pan out, I'll get redundancy. It'll amount to a couple of months but it's better than a kick in the teeth. So huzzah for social democratic job laws.
Did idly wonder if I could make a fortune from my fandom skills but then laughed and wised up.

Are you sure Joss couldn't use you full time?

I join in the "If I win the mega-millions lottery, you will be in charge of the Cross & Stake Commune, Northern Ireland edition."
PS. We caught up with Torchwood: Adam last night. Creepy, but with a few plot holes. We enjoyed it.
