Yes I am still recovering from the news that Neil Gaiman will be writing two issues of Batman next year. Sounds like it will be in the vein of Alan Moore's 'Whatever happened to the Man of Tomorrow" Superman story.
I thought the expanded Doctor Who '08 Christmas Special trailer was pretty exciting. Made the episode look a lot more promising than the teaser after Journey's End. And my favorite news was the new character announcements for Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. The Joker in a fighting game is just ridiculous.
But yeah, not a whole lot of big announcements in the panels I was at.
