Question for the Spike fans

Someone at an online magazine wants to know if Spike was ever seen on screen smoking Morleys. I know James is quoted as saying that he does and I had a quick flick through season 2 but no joy in actually find a specific episode with a visible brand name.

Yes, actually. They looked like Morleys anyway.

There's a website that tries to proves that every fictional TV universe is in the Homicide universe. Since The X-Files is in that universe, and since the CSM smoked Morleys, any TV show that has a character smoking Morleys is in that universe.

Anyway, I was having a conversation with the guy from that site trying to figure out if Spiked smoked Morleys. I swear I saw it once but we could never find proof.

Sorry if my answer doesn't qualify because I'm not a Spike fan, ha ha.

As far as I know, a name brand was never mentioned. However, here's a large screencap from the episode. Although you can't see the name on the carton, it looks like Marlboro reds to me.

The Morleys packs (in most cases) look like Marlboro reds - but with the Morley name replacing the real-life brand name.

I'm going to take that screencap and Marster's word as proof :D

Nope. Not mine. (Although I am a fan of Spike, I'm not a SpikeFan (TM) - they're scary!)
