The Spike thong that came out around 2002/2003. As far as I can tell, it's official merchandise. I haven't seen that Spike logo used outside clothing but others may have.

There was also a babydoll t-shirt but I have no idea what 20th Century Fox were thinking regarding this item.

Clearly they thought the average Buffy fan was in a heavy metal band. It's a woeful logo.

You made me google Buffy underwear and I found this (but probably not official merchandise, would they pay license?, both for men and women with funny quotes or yellow crayons)

They're not official but they do have a bit of imagination to them. Which is more than you can say for some of the official merchandise.
