The Guardians - seriously when did you last see a discussion about them? Are they the worst example of "AND THIS IS HOW WE MUST MOVE THE PLOT ALONG" on the show or something we don't like to talk about in polite company?

Well, since you asked.

In my opinion, the Guardians weren't the worst example of that, no. Killing Tara off and having Spike attempt to rape Buffy was *the worst*.
