Thats uglybusiness's piece. It's been ripped off so many times I've lost count. Last time I saw even the UK arm of FX channel had nabbed part of it and were using it as their ident just before screening Buffy.
That masterpiece was created by uglybusiness. It was stolen by her site and it was even used for a calendar. She tried all she could to contact the thieves, but she wasn't able to stop the plagiarism.
