Bush and comic books

Makes me wonder if he will be a one-term president. Trouble is from what I can see no one in the Democrat camp stands out right now. But then still to early to tell. Ant who posts on a Buffy board would be cool as a candidate in a few years time. Ideally, I'd love to see a Ralph Nader/Jesse Jackson ticket and see them triumph in the November election. But then pigs will fly and hell will freeze over before that happens. Michael Moore should stop complaining and run for office too.
I'm jealous I can't see the Superbowl games in the States. Not because I want to see a sub par rugby game but because of the commercials in between the game. The Hulk trailer sounds amazing. See Hulk smash San Fransisco. I wonder which Marvel film will do best at the box office. X-Men 2, The Hulk or Daredevil? Marvel sure have come a long way since their crappy 80s superhero movies. D.C. must be wondering what went wrong, with their Superman and Batman franchises stuck in hiatus. Watchmen has had various rumours floating about it being filmed. Robert De Niro as the Comedian and Bruce Willis as Rorschach. Interesting casting, god knows if it will happen.
There is one Alan Moore project that never happened but I would have loved to have read it. It's his version of Kingdom Comes and it was called Twilight of the Gods. I read a huge transcript of it and it was amazing but it was taken off the web by DC lawyers.
