For some reason I can never sleep well on Sundays, think I got to sleep about 2am. Constant craving in my mouth for a Malboro Light, which is never good.

Out of all the horror stories related to our National Health Service, this story takes the biscuit. Even the cynic in me was surprised by it.

Love the new Dido song and video, nice to see David in it.

Read shadowkat's latest piece, one of the best critiques I've read in ages.

Recognise Alyson Hannigan? No? Neither did I.

Toyed with the idea of buying the first issue of Neal Gaiman's 1602, but will wait for the collected book. Looks good though.

that first article is just appalling

I'm not sure I agree with all of it, but anyone who is willing to invest the time to find sources and CITE them deserves a big tip of the hat from me.

1602 is really an interesting twist...

Not that I didn't expect as much. Not sure what a Gaiman fan will think, as I can't say that I've been that drawn to his Vertigo stuff. But Gaiman playing in the Marvel Universe sandbox? I'm in... and looking forward to the second issue.

Holy cripes!! I can't believe that's Aly!!

You know, the Mod look used to creep me out. Now it disturbs me even more. But they were interesting photos.

And that news story about the prostetic just pissed me off. How can they do that to that lady. It's not right. It's not equal, and it's not right.
