No Buffyverse crap today, I was reading Prolific's site today and she had a link to MetaFilter about a poster there being sacked for reading a thread about pedophilia at work.
I'm guessing she wasn't 'working out' anyhow, as usually, if they like you, they take you aside and tell you that you aren't to use the Internet in that way during work. Most places have software in place to block sites that have certain words.
Perhaps they really did freak at the topic, but I'm guessing instead that this was just an easy way to get rid of her (especially as she was new) and make a point to the other employees.
