Plans for Saddam to be taped just in his y-fronts and singing "I'm a little tea pot" and then shown to the Iraqi people have been denied by various White House officials.
Meanwhile various tyrants around the world are wondering when their turn is next. If the Western world is going to do this right, we don't we go into various African and Asian nations and restore democracy there? I'd be one for a United Nations democracy force. The former imperial powers and the current empires have a moral duty to save countries plagued by corruption and depotism. After all, they helped to create those problems.
It was our shame that we let millions die in Rwanda and did nothing.
We took far too long to sort out the Yugoslavian situation when it was on our European doorstep.
