Bites tongue
Mar. 17th, 2004 10:31 pmElectronic Arts are turning "The Godfather" into a video games (presumably for the Playstation 2). Must resist temptation to laugh at bizarre attempt to jump on the bandwagon of GTA.
The Passion of Christ however, will not be turned into a video game. Thank goodness. Was going to see it in the cinema, but I guess I'll get it when it comes out on DVD. Especially for the deleted scenes and the alternate ending.
And I'm excited about the Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg remake of "War of the Worlds". The original was a classic. And it'll be interesting to see the comparisons the critics will make with it and 'Signs" and 'Independence Day'. Does anyone remember the TV series? Twas awful. And then they did a Seaquest DSV thing and jumped 20 years in one season (or something like that - the UK channel that showed it here showed it very late in the night here).
